Grade 3-5 BYOD Information

1:1 BYOD programs are part of an international move towards individualising learning, which

can increase independence and self-initiated learning in students and extend their learning

beyond the classroom. Students who have their own devices have been found to take greater

pride and ownership over the knowledge they create. Carlton Gardens Primary School has

decided to undertake a BYOD program.

During 2018 Grade 3-5 students are expected to bring an iPad to school as part of our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program.
